1. Definitions

3. Eligibility

3.1 To register and maintain an active account on kt99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kt99 maintains a strict minimum age policy and will verify your age during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have the full legal capacity under applicable law to enter into binding contracts.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily imposed through kt99's responsible gaming tools or ordered by any relevant authority.

3.2 kt99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.3 Players are responsible for ensuring that online betting is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. kt99 does not make any representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each player is permitted to hold one single account on kt99. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, and a functional email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these terms.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kt99 will never contact you by any means to request your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kt99 support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 kt99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

4.5 KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method (e.g., bKash or Nagad account confirmation). kt99 reserves the right to request additional documentation as it deems necessary.

4.6 kt99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

kt99 accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via mobile wallet are typically credited to your kt99 balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be confirmed and credited. kt99 does not impose any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the kt99 finance team within 24 hours of submission (Bangladesh Standard Time). The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to kt99's discretion and anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be automatically excluded from the withdrawal amount.
• kt99 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals may be delayed in circumstances involving suspected fraud, account disputes, ongoing investigations, or system maintenance.

5.3 Currency

All kt99 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion, no USD or EUR intermediate layer, and no foreign exchange fee applied by kt99 at any stage of any transaction.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on kt99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published within the platform's sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail for that market.

6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed by the system and a bet reference number has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player under normal circumstances. Errors made by the player when selecting a market, stake, or bet type are the player's sole responsibility.

6.3 kt99 reserves the right to void any bet at any time if it determines that the bet was placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being offered.

6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. kt99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts without prior notice, particularly where patterns of irregular betting are identified.

6.5 In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant sporting body after a bet has been placed, kt99 will settle the bet in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In most cases, abandoned events result in stakes being returned to the player's balance.

6.6 Live (in-play) betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at kt99's discretion if the suspension was triggered by a significant event (e.g., a wicket, goal, or red card) that occurred before the suspension was technically registered.

7. Casino Games

8.5 Players who kt99 reasonably suspects of abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to guarantee bonus withdrawal without genuine risk, or systematically exploiting bonus terms — will have their bonuses voided and their account referred for review.

8.6 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of kt99 staff are not eligible to participate in any player promotion or bonus scheme.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kt99 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are ineligible under Section 3.
• Opening or operating more than one kt99 account, whether directly or through a proxy.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to make deposits.

• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, self-exclusion order, or account restriction imposed by kt99 or requested by the player.

9.2 kt99 employs active fraud detection, pattern analysis, and third-party verification tools to identify prohibited conduct. Accounts found in violation will be suspended immediately, all pending bets and withdrawals will be placed on hold, and the matter will be investigated.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the kt99 platform — including but not limited to the kt99 brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data feeds, and compiled information — is the exclusive intellectual property of kt99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kt99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

12. Responsible Gaming

Scheduled maintenance windows, technical faults, third-party service outages, and events of force majeure may result in temporary unavailability of services. kt99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

13.4 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Suspension & Account Closure

14.1 kt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account activity poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• You have provided false or unverifiable identity information.
• Continued operation of your account would expose kt99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You are under 21 years of age.

14.2 Upon permanent account closure by kt99 for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these terms), any Real Funds balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation concludes that no fraudulent or criminal activity occurred, verified Real Funds will be returned to your registered payment method within 30 days.

14.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Funds balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method as part of the closure process, subject to completed KYC verification.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.4 All disputes must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. kt99 will not consider claims submitted outside this window except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

15.5 You agree that any unresolved dispute will be subject to binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class action proceedings or consolidated arbitration with other players are not permitted under these Terms & Conditions.

16. Amendments to Terms
